Shipping & delivery

Shipping is carried out by DHL as a CO2-neutral delivery. Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified in the article. When the goods are shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email and can track your parcel.

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

• In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of €6.90 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly indicated again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
• Within Germany, we deliver free of charge from an order value of € 99.
• Deliveries to the following countries are possible with a shipping fee of € 19.95 net:
  Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic
• Deliveries to the following countries are possible with a shipping fee of € 29.95 net:
  Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Sweden
• The shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process.
• Switzerland: Please use the processing service via: meineinkauf.ch
  There is no refund of VAT for exports by private individuals.
