How do you install the mounting set?

In our video, we show you step by step how to attach the fastening set correctly and what you should pay attention to. The wide 35 mm webbing is first attached to the bottom edge of the pool and pulled tight. With frame pools (steel frame), this takes place underneath the bulging foil, which is created by the weight of the water and forms a “belly”. Thread the loops included in the set into the wide webbing in advance and distribute them evenly around the pool. This makes it easier to attach the vertical straps later. In the final step, pull the vertical straps through the loops and the eyelets of the pool cover.

Set contents: Our PoolBelt set contains everything you need to prepare your pool perfectly for winter. In addition to the straps, we also supply a sufficient number of universal sliding clips. These allow you to connect the vertical straps to the tarpaulin if your tarpaulin does not have eyelets or if you want to adjust the position of the straps flexibly, for example if there are obstacles such as a filter pump.

Is the PoolBelt also suitable for other pool sizes?

Our PoolBelt sets have been developed for the most common steel frame pools so that you can easily select the right size for your pool. The system is also suitable for slightly smaller pools, for example you can use the 4,880 x 2,440 mm system for a pool measuring 4,500 x 2,300 mm. In this case, the horizontal band is slightly longer. The system can also be used for slightly larger pools, for example 4,880 x 2,440 mm for 5,000 x 2,440 mm. We also offer an extension strap for larger pools.

If you have a different pool size, all you have to do is calculate the circumference of your pool and then select the set with the appropriate horizontal webbing in the table (see table). The extension strap allows you to extend your pool belt as required.

As the fastening material is exposed to various weather conditions outdoors, we attach great importance to high quality. That’s why we use hard-wearing webbing and robust solid metal clamp locks. And the best thing about it: our fastening set for tarpaulins is manufactured entirely in Germany.
