Shipping & delivery

Shipping is carried out by DHL as a CO2-neutral delivery.
Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified in the article.
When the goods are shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email and can track your parcel.

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

• In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of 6.90 euros per order for delivery within Germany and Austria.
  The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
• Within Germany, we deliver free of charge from an order value of €100.
• Deliveries are currently possible to the following countries for a flat-rate shipping fee of €19.95:
  Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic
• Deliveries are currently possible to the following countries for a flat-rate shipping fee of €29.95:
  Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary
