So far I have always tried with lashing straps to make the tarp somehow tight around the pool. The plastic clips (bought 12) have fit well for my 3m round pool. I think this is a good solution, because I could leave out my sand filter system and put them on the right and left side. Usually there is the eyelet where you do not need them ... I can recommend.
